When your parcel is out for delivery, we’ll send you an SMS and email with a link to live tracking. While we cannot change the timings of HIVED deliveries or guarantee specific time slots, the live tracking will show our HIVED delivery team member’s progress in real time on their way to you, and will indicate a 2 hour time window to expect delivery.
You can find the live tracking feature at the top right corner of our tracking page and, if necessary, clicking the ‘Not going to be in?’ button on the tracking page will give you the option to reschedule your delivery to a different day. From there, you can also specify a safe place or add delivery instructions.
