A key edge of HIVED’s delivery service is that if you are not in, we won’t leave you hanging on for another day unless we absolutely have to. Should this be the case, we will try to deliver to one of your neighbours so that you can be reunited with your parcel as soon as possible!
Of course, if you would prefer for us to not deliver to your neighbour you can add this as a delivery instruction by following ‘Not going to be in?’ on your parcel’s tracking page. We will follow any instructions provided so that you can receive your parcel however is most convenient for you.
