In order to change your delivery address, please reach out to our customer service team via one of these channels. As long as your updated address is within HIVED’s coverage area (inside the M25), we can amend your address and the delivery will be rescheduled for another day. If your updated address is outside this area, we will arrange for the parcel to be sent back to the retailer on your behalf, after which another courier will deliver your parcel.
Please note this is only an available adjustment for non-perishable deliveries and selected retailers.
